While I did not purchase my Hyundai from Voss, it is the dealership nearest to me for service. Given the quality of the vehicle I have only had it in for significant work on a few occasions. Voss' customer service and quality work has been first rate. Mark Atwood has assisted me with service issues and represents the dealership and the brand very well. Thanks

I took my 2015 Santa Fe in for a regular oil change, etc. and the service, as always, was excellent. This time I decided to stay in their lounge. Steve said it would take no more than an hour and he was right. Before I got knee deep in my emails, my SUV was ready. Great service!

Gas cap replacement
Parking area is small with potholes in lot.
The bathroom cleanliness was a positive.
The chairs in the lounge are in various degrees of disrepair.
The only “refreshment” as mentioned in the survey is water and coffee.
I realize they are working on several cars, however, I do not understand how it takes over an hour (almost 2 hours) to diagnose a leaky gas cap and replace it when they suspected it was a leaky gas cap to begin with. The tech told me the after market gas cap was probably the culprit before he scanned the car. The quality of work performed at Voss Hyundai is excellent. However, the service timeliness is in desperate need of improvement. Every time I have brought my vehicle there the service is slow. The staff also fail to explain the excessive wait times.

Thank you for your business, we value your feedback and will use it to make changes. We have currently started a remodel of our building and will have upgraded furniture when the new lounge is complete there will also be vending machines in the new lounge as well as the complementary watter and coffee.  The testing to make sure of the repair for an evap leak does take time to run the whole cycle, and once the repair is made we run it again to verify the repair. I will follow up with your advisor about explaining the time required to make the diagnosis and repair.

Seized Engine replaced under recall took forever.
The people at Voss Hyundai have done an excellent job always whenever I’ve had them work on my vehicles. Hyundai had a serious problem with getting my engine in to be replaced. It took almost 4 months from the time my engine seized, to the day I picked it up.

Recent Oil Leak repaired
Excellent service to repair what could have been a big repair, to something that was very simple. My only complaint would be that I brought my car in for an appointment at 9 am and had to call twice beginning at 4 pm to get an update. 2:30 phone message wasn't returned, and I had to call again at 4 ....was told to wait for service tech to call me back, but I had to insist that I be put on hold and they get an update for me while I waited.

Quick Service and an Honest Inspection
Came in for an oil change. I keep my car well maintained on my own, so I know when something is in need of repair/replacement. Most places will still try to sell you something. I was pleased when my adviser confirmed that everything was in good shape, he let me know that my cabin/engine air filters were getting dirty (which I knew) but didn't need to be replaced quite yet. It's nice to have a place I can trust.

I was in a spot with my grandson's car, punctured radiator hose, and Voss took care of it just as soon as they could.
I am Troy Miller's father and I was the one who called Voss , at the suggestion of my son as he and his wife were out of town. My grandson's Hyundai Santa Fe was disabled with a punctured radiator hose and I had no idea were to go for service / repair. I checked with my son and he suggested Voss. I visited Voss and was greeted by Mark Atwood who advised me on what your service department could do. I left the car on Wednesday morning and it was ready by Thursday afternoon. Since our son and daughter-in-law were out of town for the week we needed to get my grandson's car repaired as soon as possible. I must commend Mark Atwood on his help and guidance. The price to repair the Santa Fe was fair and reasonable. I think it impressed my son also. Maybe we will be future Hyundai customers. Again my thanks to Voss Hyundai, Mark Atwood and the service department.
