We routinely visit Mike White Ford for routine servicing, tire rotations, etc. and we truly think the work & inspections are very good.
As noted, we regularly visit Mike White Ford for routine servicing (inc. oil changes), tire rotation & inspection of various car parts & fluids, etc. for our 2019 Ford Explorer. Every time we make an appointment, they start their work on time, they seem to be quite organized, practical & efficient. When the work is done, their personable service staff provides a quick but comprehensive overview of the car part & fluid inspections, etc. The extensive work typically takes less than an hour and us very reasonably priced.

Always appreciate Mac and other staff. Mac stays with the customer throughout the visit, ensuring he keeps the customer updated as to progress. Once I turn my vehicle over to him, the process begins and is completed within a short period of time.

Efficient & Personable
I purchased my 2019 Ford Explorer 3 years ago, drive it very regularly and far … and enjoy the auto very much. I have it serviced (inc. oil change, tire rotations and many engine items checked) regularly. Every appointment occurs exactly when scheduled, each staff member I have encountered has been very personable and has understandably answered every question I have posed. The extensive servicing routine seems to be efficiently completed and the cost has been reasonable. It’s been a very good routine!! Thank You!!

Tire replacement
I have had numerous slow leaks with this set of tires and had to replace valve stems previously. This time I had a tire with a slow leak that turned out to be a large nail or screw in the wall of the tire so it couldn’t be fixed. It had to be replaced. Maintenance Advisor Mac Dir was very friendly and helpful and explained each step in detail. It took a week for a new tire to arrive then had to be shaved to match the other three tires. I know everything is costing so much more now than a few months ago but I thought the tire was outrageously expensive. I hope it lasts for at LEAST five years.
