I went in looking for a certain type of car and they found me one and I Love it. They were all very helpful and not overbearing. It was a pleasant experience. They have a great bunch of people.

Quick and Easy
Everyone was super helpful and made the buying process easy. I did find it odd that the car selection was mostly done online rather than roaming the lot to see what was out there.

Okay experience but sticker price not honored
I saw a 2018 Toyota highlander with a sticker price of $30,122. After driving it I decided this was the one for me. When we got inside to start the paperwork the sales person said that it was mis proced and it was actually $39,000 and that a third party prices the vehicle and they would not honor it. Eventually the gave more for my trade in and an additional discount but I still feel like they should have honored the sticker price. I also have a picture to prove it and they still wouldn't honor it. I didn't want to have to go to the BBB but I don't feel it was right what they did. At the end of the day I got a vehicle that I love.

Easy and painless in a lighthearted environment
Set up a test drive, was met at the door and quickly helped by lyxa, once we got back talked about details and set it up. Could have drove it off first day! Easy process and cool people. Good first car buying experience

Definitely recommend this dealership
Everyone I worked with was very nice and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there were a few customers that were not following the mask mandate, as well as one staff member (who I didn’t work with). When the person helping me asked them to wear masks after I mentioned it, they (the customers and the employee) gave me dirty looks every time I saw them after that.
