Lack of service
Unable to schedule a date for a oil change . Took me between 5 to 6 weeks. No proof of things done at the vehicle after I explained the things required at the 9000 miles.

Customer Service at Service Department.
Your service department is very busy and appointments are scheduled far out. Even with being so busy, customer service is a priority and delivered. A few months ago the battery in my 2015 Santa Fe was about to die. I arrived prior to opening, with quite a few cars in line. The service rep took care of me, even though I did not have an appointment. My battery was replaced and was on my way in less than an hour.

Stepped up to the plate
At first, our appointment did not appear in the system, but Larry stepped up to the plate, researched everything and discovered that our old vin was the only one on file, so system was not recognizing our new car. He set up the appointment again, corrected everything and helped us complete other services from our new contracts for the new used car, besides completing the service in a timely manner

Great service!
The service advisor listened to the concerns I had with my car and my concern for safety. He and the service technician to great care to make sure all issues were fixed and my car was safe to drive again. Thank you for everything Larry and Chris!

They folks in service are freindly and helpful . They are understaffed in the mechanic area with appointments takin a month to get in but I droped my car off without an appointment and they worked me in.
