Under control
I had a scary moment of my car losing oil but zero evidence of where. I was able to drop the car off (zoom for work) and they had to time to give a thorough review and the car was returned repaired. What was nice was the communication about what was known AND unknown while they worked on it. I love the honesty and clarity of the service department of Parks Hyundai.

They are working hard
Just came in for a scheduled routine maintenance (with appt) on a 2021 car. Took several hours. Everyone I spoke to were doing their jobs well, not sure why the hold up, perhaps something to do with the Hyundai recalls. Anyway the work was done well I guess; I have no complaints so far about that.
I realize it's hard to find people willing to work nowadays due to the scamdemic.

Didn’t fix issue & not even notified
Brought car in to fix a recall and picked up a day later and it wasn’t even fixed nor did they mention they didn’t fix it. Has to bring back and waited a week before they started and never heard back from dealership after calling several times a day.

Service for an open recall
The day of the appointment went as smoothly as could be hoped for. Car was fixed before lunch and picked up in the afternoon. Luciano is one of the best service advisors I have worked with in my decades in Gainesville.

Excellent service under difficult circumstances.
Everybody is experiencing worker shortages, including Parks Hyundai of Gainesville. However, the quality of service and the courtesy of the staff at Parks has not suffered. I had some warranty work done and a front break job. Each was done with care and precision while I waited. Parks is my first and only choice for servicing my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid.
