Your service representative that schedules appointments should know that you do not do body repair/painting/buffing if you do not do those things. She wasted my day off and had me come to the dealership on a Saturday for nothing. They sent me to Mazda's body shop, which was closed!

The Service technicians are very knowledgeable and take time to understand your concerns. The necessary maintenance is done on time and for reasonable cost. I would recommend to take your Hyundai to this dealership for any future maintenance.

Lack of management
The need to orchestrate a better process from the time I arrive till the time I leave. I have been to several other dealerships throughout Florida and the Midwest and know how it could be functioning this dealership needs to improve on its customer orientation. Service manager needs to be more customer oriented at this location.

Quick and Effective
This was my first time getting service on my Hyundai Elantra (besides the periodic oil change and maintenance), and I was told that it would require approximately 2.5 to 3 hours to complete. I was greeted by Lamar who got my vehicle into the service line. There were three issues to address so I prepared to wait patiently. To my surprise, the entire service work took only a bit over an hour! So, I was happy to drive out with much gratitude and appreciation.

Service seems to have been completed. No info given as to what was completed so really no way to know if all work was completed.

Waiting area in need of update. All chairs had ripped cushions. Many people using salesman tables to work in their laptops.

Everything you want from a service department!
Scheduling is so easy, with numerous options for days and times available. The staff is very friendly, prompt, informative and courteous. Information on the status of the service is communicated throughout the process (for me, that was via text, as I dropped my vehicle off) and anything additional that's needed is offered while the service is being performed (no extra waiting or return visits). Prices are very fair and competitive; I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of or over-charged for anything. I would definitely recommend, not only the Hyundai brand, but Wesley Chapel Hyundai specifically! Well done!!!

The people
I worked with Lamar and he was really polite. He explain everything and was very clear in his explanation of what was going on with my car. I would recommend others to go to Hyundai for service and be sure to ask for Lamar.

Service was excellent. Lamar and the rest of the staff provided prompt and courteous service while working on my car. They provided me a transport to grab a bite to eat and had a transport ready for me when my service was done. Overall it was a pleasurable experience
