Untrustworthy Dealership
I have countless negative things to say about my experience with the Parks of Hyundai dealership, but I would say the worst part was being kept in the dark about the status of my vehicle and being flat out lied to. In the end it turned out that my car was ready 20+ days before the dealership informed me.

Outstanding service and communication
The attendant that helped me went out of his way to be clear about what was happening, the different avenues I could take, and how the costs would end up accumulating. On top of that, he kept me up to date, tried relentlessly to get me the best deal possible, and was quick and concise. I cannot give enough praise.

Overall Experience
There are probably three people in the entire dealership that actually made me feel comfortable, plus the one who came from the ford Lincoln to handle the deal.

Waiting too long
No courtesy vehicle provided for the time they took to get my car fixed I was told it would take hour and half appointment time was 9:30 am but they didn’t put up my car until 11:00 and then got it fixed at 1:00 pm

routine maintence appointment
I recently had my newly purchased Kona in for it's first routine maintence appointment. Kurt checked me in for my appointment. He was professional, kind, helpful, and informative. He went above and beyond to make sure there was fresh coffee made, and he even took my car over to the Ford side of the dealership since the Hyundai mechanics were backed up and the Ford mechanics were available. I was in and out in an hour, and they even washed my very dirty car.
