Kia Sorento 2025 First Service
Took the vehicle in for its first service oil change/tire rotation and inspection. Overall impression was excellent. Kristie was able to answer or give advice on questions I had about the vehicle. I don't have any issues with the service provided, and will continue to bring my vehicle in for servicing.

Excellent service each time
The Northland Kia service department has been excellent since we purchased our new Sorento. There is always an appointment available at a convenient time, the staff are friendly, they perform the work expected with excellence, and our car is returned to us better than how it is dropped off. We would say the only way they could improve is on communication for the completion of work, so we could coordinate pickup but they were responsive to our inquiries each time. Without a doubt we will be continuing to receive service at Northland Kia.
