Solved the communication issues. Still smoking.
So I wrote a post previously regarding this dealership. I am happy to say that the communication between me and the techs was excellent. Kennedi kept me apprised of my vehicle and whether it was good news or bad news I knew everything that was going on and real expectations on when I could expect my vehicle. I really appreciate that.
The problem is that the problem (smoking from oil burning somewhere in the engine) was not fixed the first time, second time, or third time and still remains unresolved. I cannot keep dropping my car off because I need to work also and there are no loaner cars for me to use while my car is being fixed.
So while communication is excellent now, the quality of the repair is still definitely lacking.

Great service
Service repair ran into a problem but they were able to correct the problem the same day, which saved a second trip. It took a bit longer than expected, but worth it!!

Exceptional Service
Kennedy has such a pretty and welcoming face and attitude. She made me feel comfortable with leaving my car. Kennedy was very accurate with timing of repair. Service was great.
