Always excellent, honest, and friendly
We now have had all four family members use LG for years without a negative experience. They have always been completely honest, through, and fair priced, using high quality parts (you get what you pay for). The few times there were unexpected issues, those were fully explained and many times we were shown the issue first hand. We trust LG so much that for years I argued with Loren to not bother to call me with an estimate prior to fixing the issue, which of course he always refused to do.
