Quick and easy!

From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by James W. who was very pleasant and listened to what I wanted. He didn't waste my time trying to show me cars that didn't interest me. James showed me the car I wanted and was extremely professional, courteous and helpful throughout the process. With his help, I was able to get the car I was interested at a truly great interest rate and monthly payments! James was straight forward, transparent, to the point and kept me updated with every step of the process. Cheerful guy and I would highly recommend asking for him the next time you visit this dealership -and "that ain't no bull"!

The salesman lied multiple times throughout the process.

While I was going through the paper work the salesman lied multiple times about my credit score, the options on the car, and the discounts. Some of the people working there are better then others and I ended up with a poor choice for a salesman.

Superb customer service

I actually out 5 stars so not sure why it’s showing 4.9 but regardless, Jim was fantastic and personable. He made me feel comfortable through the entire process from the test drive to the signing. Even the finance Dept was a delight to work with. As a first time buyer this was a smooth process and I definitely recommend this dealer and team.
