Service on a cold day
I arrived in the middle of a cold snow squall. Inside was warm and inviting. Lounge area chairs are not comfortable and tv station was loud and opinionated channel of which I was not a fan of while I waited. I watched a movie on my Kindle instead of listening to the loud opinionated program on tv while I waited. Facilities are otherwise very nice, new and clean if not very comfortable (i.e. higher backed chairs would serve better). Customer service kept me informed of work taking place with my car. No problems there. Car was vacuumed which I appreciated but I found worker's notes on a paper in my cup holder along with a broken pencil and another item which were not mine. Carwash was non-operational so I was given a carwash voucher. Overall a pleasurable experience and not one that would drive me away. Everything can use some little improvement here and there.

Great people
The Woodhouse Hyundai staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I have a 2017 Elantra and a 2016 Tucson and would not go anywhere to have them maintained except to Woodhouse Hyundai!

Couldn't be more pleased.
First time I have had t problem with my 2016 Sonata and it was the day before we were driving to New Orleans. Service department got me in first thing in the morning and I was on the road before lunch and fully covered by warranty. Thank you for for the excellent prompt service.

I took my car in for an oil changed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The work took less time to complete than they told me it would, which is always nice. I had no issues.

Woodhouse had my vehicle a couple extra days than first estimated. It didn't matter because they provided me a very comfortable loaner. They had it a couple extra days because of their attention to detail and making sure the work is done the first time. Great Job!

Had my routine service done at the new Hyundai Woodhouse in Sarpy County
While there are still a few things to finish up, the new Woodhouse Hyundai Sales and Service buildings in Sarpy county are great. The service is fantastic and the amenities for the waiting customers are outstanding.

Came in for my 2nd Oil Change and a tire rotation on my 18 Elantra Sport. Josh met me at my car door and was very professional. I was about 30 min early for my appointment so I figured I'd be waiting for a little bit. They were done with my car just after 9am. Which was my schedule time. This place is great and is very professional and friendly. 3rd time I have dealt with Josh and he is Great!
