Haselwood never disappoints!

The staff here are 2nd to no other dealership, everyone is attentive and professional!. My day started out stressful and Jennifer truly made me feel assured that Haselwood Hyundai was going to make things right as soon as they possibly could, that really made my day turn out better. Thank You!!

Wouldn’t Recommend

They seem to be lacking in staff. It could have been an off day where someone called out sick, scheduling issues, etc., but it seems they need help. I waited for hours for an update on my car just to find it was waiting for me when I swung by on a whim. No one was available to run my paper work by me when I was picking up my vehicle, even after waiting 15 mins. I wouldn’t go back.
