I took my car in to be repaired and it took a long while for the part to be ordered.
Once in the repair was done but the tech forgot to inform me of another issue that needed attention.
I discovered the issue and the store fix it quickly, apologized, and paid for this repair. They made it right.

Brakes went out. Called, spoke with John. John informed me that I can get my vehicle in the same day. Overall, my problem was resolved, plus a recommended repair (ball joint). Jumped on the road immediately. So far, so good....Thanks be to God

I thought my Midas did a solid job replacing my starter on my 2008 Pilot. I picked them as they are a mile away and my car needed to be towed. At just under $700 it’s hard for me to know if that was a fair price or not. It was easy to get in and the work was done quickly. I have not used them before.
