Never Fails to Provide Quality Service
I have relied upon official Hyundai service centers such as Autonation Hyundai Mall of Georgia exclusively since I bought my car new on a Hyundai lot.

The brand is superlative because it is well designed and reliable and because it’s backed up by experts who are trained in every aspect of Hyundai vehicles.

I trust them to know the most and do the best work, and that has been true of Autonation Hyundai ever since I moved to the area and transferred my business to them back in 2016.

Every single time I have needed repairs or maintenance, which is thankfully only a few because Hyundai vehicles are extremely reliable and easy to keep in good working order, Autonation Hyundai Mall of Georgia’s effective and friendly staff have fixed me up with skill and precision and in quick order, even going above and beyond with small details such as wiping down my dashboard, or warming up the interior during cold months.

I can tell they care about my vehicle and about me as a customer.

Good Work. But Overpriced.
I have never had a problem with the quality of service at this location. But I do not appreciate being taken to the cleaners on price for parts and labor.

The service was prompt and efficient.
I liked their prompt service. The waiting area was plain and small. I suggest they wash and vacuum the car before returning it.

My last visit
Tune up quality was good. I was aware of construction work on premises and being a weekend, but reminding customers of approx. time needed to finish the job goes a long way for us.

I had a hard time initially contacting but later on during the apt everything went smoothly
Only initially when I called I could not get hold of someone to schedule so apt . But once I got the apt everything went smoothly and promptly .

Customer service
John walked up to me and asked if I needed help from the time he greeted me to the end he took great care of me I’ve had previously experience bad service there where some associates see me but never acknowledged me. John changed that for me he brought back what it to provide good customer service. The gentleman that drove the pink Santa Fe he gave us a ride to mall of Georgia he was also so kind and very respectful. My mother and I were impressed with the service we were provided.

Good experience
I seem to never have a problem when I go to Hyundai to have my car serviced. Maybe I am just that patient of a person I don’t seem to noticed if there is a problem. I feel like if I know I’m getting my car serviced I should know that I’ll have to wait I’ll rather for the mechanics to take their time then rush and forget something because I’m in a hurry. They are all great in my point of view!

Came in for simple... left with more
The title isnt derogatory. But, my car needed more than i realized and the service advisor was very accommodating to my requests. Times and costs were accurately explained as well

Great personnel-addresses concerns well
John helped me out with my Sonata for a routine oil and rotation. I also mentioned a concern about my car’s stereo, which wasn’t on the dealership, but he explained to me how Hyundai is working to improve connectivity in the future, even though it wasn’t his or the dealership’s issue. He made my concerns validated and was not only helpful but very courteous. If you go to AutoNation Mall of Georgia, John will definitely treat you right.

Long wait
I brought my leased vehicle for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was also having a issue with the battery so, they didn’t have one in stock so, I had to wait for them to go get one. They should have had the battery in stock since the 2020 model is new. I waited in the waiting room for 3 hours.
