Even though there were hiccups with the appointment, Josh was able to get my car serviced. He also had the light cover replaced for free that was broken during changing of the bulb

technician broke a part and didn't tell
I brought the car for oil change and one of the light's bulb had to be replaced. in the process the light cover was chipped off but the technician hid the problem and did not inform. I took the car back I was told the cover will be in stock in few days and they will call me to bring the car on Thursday. It's Sunday now and no one has called. I provided the feedback to the manager several days ago but still no one has called.

The service was also very slow, it took 2 hours to do oil change even after having an appointment in advance.

I brought my car to the express service area with a tire pressure issue, a technician identified the problem immediately and repaired the issue in a very short amount of time. I have been bringing my car to the Lehigh Valley Hyundai dealership for many years and the quality of professionalism and attention to detail is second to none.
