No pressure. Just helpful.
The staff there is great, and they were super helpful. Tam and Jaime did not pressuring me to buy anything, but basically answered all of my questions. I was ready to buy and available for the market, but was waiting on a few things - they accommodated that. Even before, and after the purchase, they are still continually helping me and answering my questions.

Sales Rep worked hard to get us in a car we could afford.
When I first was looking at a different Hyundai because my lease was coming up and wasn't sure how much cars were costing now. Jaime contacted me and informed me he could get a better deal through the dealership than what I could get through my work. He informed me about a potential car payment and I told him I couldn't rationalize paying that much from what we are paying now. He was finally able to get our payments on an amount my husband and me agreed upon.

Sales staff were great, facility clean, yet in the days that followed the purchase of the vehicle, the finance department ruined to experience all together. In a nut shell, they made promises they didn't keep, did not return messages, and quoted rates they couldn't uphold.

These guys ROCK!
I started looking into cars back in March of 2021. The Tucson Plug-in Hybrid was on my radar and I stopped in to Russell Westbrook Hyundai to see if I could drive a "regular" Tucson hybrid since the Plug-in version wasn't available yet. The salesperson who helped me was great! He knew that I wasn't buying a car that day, but was glad to let me test drive one of the "regular" Tucson hybrid's. He showed me the difference between the trim levels. Wasn't pushy!

I went back home and figured out exactly what I wanted and called him to let him know.

Due to delays in shipping due to Covid 19 and the "hang ups" at the ports, it took a while for the Plug-In Hybrids to hit the lot. But both this salesperson AND his manager were awesome. I'd call about once a month to see if they had a status update. They would let me know what was going on. I brought my family down to sit them in one of the "regular" cars to see how they liked it and if we would all fit in easily. The dealership was not just accommodating, but friendly and happy to help us all out.

The car eventually arrived kind of unexpectedly "early" and my salesperson gave me a call immediately basically as the car was being unloaded off the truck!

I came down that day, they worked out a great deal for me, and I signed the paperwork and drove off!

Perfect! Easy! I'll be back when it's time to replace one of our other cars!

Jaime have been spectacular all throught the proceds. Most agents are very sharky and pushy but not Jaime. He asks you and genuinely listens to you. He is very knowledgeable and provides very useful information. I am very happy with my purchase and buying experience in this dealership. Everyone are so friendly & warm and courteous.
