The only thing I have a concern about is I called at 3 pm as I was leaving work just to check if the work was finished. They said they would call me back so I drove from Bowling Green to St Peters to get my car and then I finally got a call as I was pulling into the service center stating my car would not be ready.

The service was awesome. Did some extra checking for my car, breaks were bad and a belt. They fixed both and now the car runs great again all with providing a free rental car.

They seemed to be honest. The are very informative. The waiting room is clean and you can watch tv if you’d like or sit at tables. Always have nene please with the service I receive.

Engine was shot in my Elantra
Hyundai took care of everything with getting me a new motor in the Elantra. I had 2 brand new cars to drive at no expense to me while they fixed my car. It took a little over 2 months to get a new motor but I had no complaints.

Excellant servce and great people.
I will recommend this dealership to my friends. Mr. Brown and his service personnel have delivered excellent service every time. However, the Hyundai vehicles I can not recommend. I have a 2011 Sonata that has constant and ongoing recalls. The quality of Hyundai in this vehicle is beyond terrible. It is a disappointment to own. If this dealership sold another band of vehicle, I would have bought two more vehicles from them.

Above Average, but not Perfect
They did a great job overall with communication; however, it seemed that the services performed were a bit lengthy after being informed of what needed to be done. I like that they offered a discount for Military members; I was quoted 10% discount, but only received a $10 discount in the end. Additionally, the labor costs seemed rather high compared to the services requested / received. Furthermore, they did not apply my Hyundai Rewards, which would have helped reduce costs further. Overall, the service was above average, but not perfect.

Excellent Service
I had a problem with the malfunction light coming on and my car not coming out of park. Brad ran a diagnostic test on it and found the problem right away. He also was able to change the sensor that night even though you were closing in less than an hour. Very happy with service.
