Emissions
I recently aviators Midas to have my emissions test done. Unfortunately the machine they use seemed to have an error and wasn’t working. The staff member who was working was very apologetic. Ultimately it seems it was out of their hands but he handles it well. Hopefully it’s working next time I visit

They were incredible
The transmission on my sons car was damaged and the auto repair insurance was a being a little difficult and the staff went out of their way to help us out. They were down to earth and humble. Definitely have made us loyal customers for life. I appreciate the professionalism and decency they demonstrated.

Stopped by for emissions inspection. Was greeted and attended to immediately. Felt welcomed and the associate did a great job building rapport. I was out in under 15 minutes, maybe even faster.

Good experience
Had emissions test and oil change; tire rotation etc. Also good recommendations on future services needed. Some minor issues were rectified by management after my last review. Kudos to the team for following up so well.

Oil change
At first my guard was up because I didn't want to be sold anything I didn't need or want because this is my prior experience with another business in Torrington.
But this didn't happen here they respected my decision and did only what I asked them to do to my vehicle which was professionally done.


I enjoyed my time well I I was waiting for my car to be done..

Because I wasn't being sold parts I didn't need or want that day I will be returning. It's a good feeling to be able to go into an automotive shop for repairs or just an oil change and not be mad about getting other parts even if it's just a windshield wiper blade it's just aggravating at this place you didn't do that they respected my decision.

Punctual but careless
Called to make sure they were on time. They were, and they were very polite and helpful. Completed in reasonable amount of time and they gave me good recommendations for further work that should be done. The only thing that spoiled this overall great visit was that they didn't use protective paper for the floors and the mechanics got massive grease footprints on the mats and floor surrounding the area on the driver's side. Had to go to the car wash and treat and clean them. If I go there again I will be sure to warn them to keep it clean.
