John was great!
I was looking for a lease at a certain price point and John was able to find it for me. He didn’t try to upsell me features and modes I did not ask for, which happened at other dealerships. It was easy and fast finding my new car with this dealership.

These guys are good !
Great Sales, Finance and Service teams. All very patient and take the time to discuss options, not trying to hound you into a deal. The Hyundai brand itself is nice and value is improving. I bought the 2022 Sante Fe XRT package. Slightly more than I intended on spending, but a lot more car for the price. This is like a luxury SUV !

Needs Improvement
I felt like that I was not fully respected outside of my salesperson. I would say that is partly because I am young individual. I received no call from dealership after my purchase and no return call after calling dealership multiple times over issues I had with paperwork which was incorrect. I guess the best way to state my experience is that dealership did not view me as the buyer of the car.
