Sammy Herrera was one f the best sales person I have ever had. Took the time to explain and help you understand your purchase. Both my husband and myself lost our cars without notice because of engine problems within weeks of each other. My husband then went to Sammy because he was so impressed with his service to me. The before and after of the purchase is what really impressed me, Sammy service was great from the beginning to the end. Sammy made certain that you understand the product and and the features of your car by taking you step by step of the vehicle and encouraged to contact him if you needed more of an understanding of your vehicle. Instant Respect
We were met outside as we pulled in for our appointment. Jose was very pleasant, thorough and professional to deal with. My wife and I enjoyed talking to him and asking questions as we were informed about our purchase and the options that were available to us. I would highly recommend my friends to make the trip to Dearborn to purchase a vehicle from LaFontaine Hyundai. It was worth the trip.
