My service agent James has always been outstanding and this experience was no different. The car was returned to me vacuumed, which I really appreciated, and everything was outlined. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and the service department.

Disappointed
I requested a vacuum and didnt receive one. Also, I had a $60 coupon, but when I got home I realized I only recieved a $30 discount. It causes me to question the rest of the work. At my job, I work hard and treat my clients very respectfully. The level of professionalism I hoped to receive at Hyundai of Everett just wasn't fully met.

I was not told there is a $17.88 charge for shop supply. I do not mind to pay for shop supply but not $17.88 for few rags. Or at least they should tell customers there is bid charge for shop supply.

I have been purchasing/maintaining my Hyundai cars at this dealer for more than 20 years. That, in itself, speaks volumes.
Only one thing. I took my 2019 Elantra and my 2015 Genesis for oil changes. Both cars had their tires overinflated, out of spec. Please make sure that whoever does that part of the maintenance sets the tires at the right pressure, according to the manual.
