Great service and amazing place to buy a car
I recently purchased a vehicle through Jacob at Nanaimo Mitsubishi and had a really good experience. Like many people, I find it challenging to find quality support when looking at a new car - it is hard to trust that I will not be ripped off. Jacob went above and beyond to make us comfortable in our purchase/trade-in. Even to the extent of finding us the exact colour that we wanted from another dealership and driving nearly 1000 to deliver us our new car. I’m totally satisfied with my experience at Nanaimo Mitsubishi - they are responsive our family’s needs and I’d most definitely return.

Efficient and Direct to the Point
I have been a fan of Mitsubishi ever since I was a kid. Traded in my RVR for the Outlander. I am not gonna lie I do love the Rogue and in my opinion it is a smoother drive and more responsive steering wheel. It was the speedy service of Mitsubishi sealed the deal.

Purchase of new vehicle
Jacob D, helped me. He was very knowledgable, responded quickly to requests and when i test drove the car, gave the best explanation of the features Ive ever had on a test drive.
