I'm glad they take time to actually look at reviews!
While I was overall satisfied with my service, some minor issues made it seem to me like it was worth a 4 out of 5 stars. But they called to discuss these issues with me personally which has never happened when I've filled out surveys in the past so I'm so pleasantly surprised by this that I'm more than happy to revise my review. Thank you!

Good service, but expensive as dealers tend to be
I think they should check everything in the multi-point inspection they claim to (like tire pressure) but otherwise they do a good job.
