Slow and inefficient service
I would not recommend anyone who needs a quick and efficient repair. I went to pick up my car today and they tried giving it to me with half of the scratches my car received from when lightning hit my car. On top of that they tried to say that it was not because of the lightning. Of course it was! I have pictures for proof. Now i have to remain without a car for another week or two. Probably two because everything seems to take way too long at this service. I'm very disappointed.

I made an appointment prior to my vehicle service, but other people without appointment were helped before me because they arrived first, so the appointment system does not work. The free courtesy service given to me as a customer was not satisfactory. They took almost 4 hours to do an oil change.

Fast in and out 5000 mile maintenance
I had an appointment and was registered quickly. I was out in 15 minutes and returned in a few hours to pickup the car. That also took 15 minutes. One star removed for the price of oil change, tire balance/rotation and engine air filter.

Deserves zero stars, but there is no option for that
This dealership is not concerned about the customer experience. If they were concerned, they would have read my review and the response from the service manager would have been appropriately tailored to the problems I have had for over a year. Instead, they just prompt a generic email response as shown. Extremely disappointed, but considering their bad reputation in the business, I guess I expected too much. Pitiful. Take your business to a company that cares about their customers...this place isn't it.

Not good. Prepare to wait 3 hours for an oil change and bring leather cleaner to clean off stained seats from dirty pants
I had a terrible experience the first time I was here for my first oil change 7 months ago with an appointment. I decided to give it another try for my recent oil change, thinking maybe they were having a bad day the first time. Turns out, they are just horrible. Having an appointment makes no difference. My oil change took 3 hours. I will never pre-pay maintenance again. I will definitely be taking my business to another dealer. I had asked for the dealership manager to call me after the first oil change and stained seats, but they do not care, no one ever called. I will also never buy a car from this dealer again. They have a terrible reputation and now I know why and all the people that told me not to go there are saying " I told you so". So...lesson learned.
