Great Service from Gary, Poorly Communicated by Booking Agent
I was due for my first routine maintenance, which if you want it to be complimentary it needs to be at the dealer you got the car from. Since the time I got the car I moved up to Broward county. I called to make the appointment, and was able to get it for the next day. The lady failed to let me know that two pieces of my car had been recalled. So when I showed up the next morning, expecting to wait 1 1/2 hours max, they told me it could actually be up to 2 1/2 hours. I worked from home and needed to get back for my calls. They do give you a voucher for up to $40 with Uber, but since I live far that would've only covered one way. So I was stuck. Then with the help of Gary I was able to get a loaner for the day and come pick my car up the next morning. It was about a 30 minute headache, if she would have told me from the beginning about the expected wait time, but other than that they were great to me.

I was sent an email asking how my last visit was. It was unsatisfactory so I wrote a detailed review of my experience. In response, the service manager sent an automated response to my email. Is this how you resolve customer issues? Very disappointing and unprofessional.
