Gary was awesome!!
As soon as I arrived Gary helped me right away. I normally go to Doral to service my car. This was my first time at Braman. The wait was similar, however, Gary came to give me updates on the repairs on my car not once but TWO TIMES!!!!!

Service at Braman has always been outstanding. The company truly does live up to its motto "No where else but Braman," countless times I have gone to other Hyundai dealers and they are no help at all, most don't even have something as simple as the correct tires for my vehicle. Braman has always given me what I needed at a reasonable price. From tires, to oil changes, rotations, body shop work, Braman Miami definitely is the preferred place to go to.

Time
The company has never given me a reason to doubt their amazing service until today. I waited for more than half an hour for my car when I was told 2 hours prior that it was ready. The maintenance crew has faulty internet connection and could not even located my car. I was told 3 times "your car is coming now" within a 30 minute time slot. The company has always been true to its standards and expectations but today I feel let down as a customer. I am hoping that my next visit will be more timely and professional.
