Superior Service Supervisor
I First met Frank in 2015. In 2015 I purchased my Second, and subsequently Third, and Fourth Subarus, from Gresham Subaru. Recently, I purchased my "New to me" 2003 Subaru Baja (elsewhere). I continue to travel from Vancouver, Washington for the past 7 years to service all my subarus at Gresham Subaru. I do this because I trust Frank. He is an Outstanding Service Superviser and team leader. Frank is frienly, very knowledgable, helpful, and his shop runs very efficiently, and has, friendly, top quality service personnel. My cars have always received superb quality care. I always leave the servce department with confidence my subarus WILL NOT end up sitting on the roadside due to mechanical failure.
