Good service

I had good customer service. The only complaint would be the cost of it all. I wasn't offered any coupons or discounts when spending a lot of money.

Friendly, fair, and thorough

They always are so friendly and helpful. Even in the background the manager yelled Hello to me over the phone in having worked with me in the past and knowing my name. They accepted a coupon which was a few days past expiration which Retail stores won't do and they provided me other things they would recommend based on their review of the car but did NOT push/pressure any of it onto me. I love the relationship my wife and I have with our auto dealer Midas.

Oil change

I have always been happy with the service at Midas. I had my oil changed this week. I was disappointed that I was not told about the buy one oil change and get one free. Because I had paid for the oil change and used a coupon Doug would not delete the transaction and give me oil the change special. Very dissapointed.

Went in for 4 tires to get put on had to wait almost 2 hours, they used an impact on my lug nuts and when I asked what they were torqued to they said 140, after leaving that day I heard a bang under my vehicle and I turned arround and asked what it was they said everything was fine, 1 month later my girlfriend was driving my vehicle home and the wheel sheared clean off the vehicle, I called midas and said how can you guys resolve this and they said I could get it towed there, I made sure there was no cost to me. After my vehicle being in the shop and not hearing anything for a week and a half I called back and randy said my total was going to be over 300 dollars for the parts. After I said It was clear I wasn't getting billed he proceeded to laugh and say it wasn't their fault and that I have to pay. He even went as far to say he will throw the old destroyed rim back on. Once I went in to pick it up I had to pay for the damage that they caused just so I could have my vehicle. I started to drive away and no more than 200 feet out of the driveway the wheel that just got replaced locks up and skids about 30 feet in the middle of the road, I walked across the street and told them that my vehicle is in the street and the wheel locked up and before even leaving the building randy laughs again and says "we didn't do anything " upon further inspection and trying to blame me for servicing the differential they came to realize that the parking break somehow locked the wheel, as opposed to fixing what they did they said we can either loosen it all the way or remove it completely. I asked what it was caused by and randy explained that it was due to corrosion because it has sat for a few days. Beyond frustrated and without a vehicle for 2 weeks I just told them to put it back together. After not feeling safe driving home or driving the vehicle anywhere I took it in for a second opinion at a local shop. While removing lugs several broke just removing them because they were so tight. Needless to say if you are looking to get laughed at and told why you are wrong and listen to while midas isn't at fault about your loved one almost ending up in a ditch go to this branch, if not then go anywhere else this has been the worst auto shop experience I have ever had and how every step of it has been handled I have either been blamed or laughed at.

I apologize you are not happy with the work provided, we use both torque sticks and torque wrenches and torque wheels to manufacture recommended specs. There is no reason that your wheel studs would have broken based on the torque specs used. If you have an invoice from the other shop showing that they broke the studs from removal as well as your truck showing new studs and lug nuts I would be more then happy to compensate you. Always top notch service!!

Doug and the team always provides quality service regardless if it’s simple Maintence or large repairs they always go above and beyond. I have shopped around in the past and these guys are always beyond fair in pricing and provide quality work!

Great experience, in and out in no time

Went in for oil change, they got car in within 2 minutes and had done in timely fashion, along with inspection. Told me of some other issues. Decided not to get extra work done. But wouldn't hesitate to work with them again
