Outstanding experience with Dom and Mike

Excellent customer service
Had an excellent experience for the second time. Only thing that wasn’t perfect was the car detailing. Residue from the paint protection film was still on the outside and the inside of the windows was dirty. Both very minor things that are easily fixed.

Excellent Experience
Really enjoyed my experience here. I worked with Dom and he was super helpful and available for any questions. I appreciated the transparency of everything, from the price (no crazy mark-up above MSRP unlike other dealerships) to the delivery to the signing of paperwork. The finance department was great too, no pressure to purchase anything extra, just helpful advice and recommendations and respected any no answers I gave. They made buying a car easy and painless.

Trade Highlander Hybrid for Rav4 Hybrid
I brought my 2020 Highlander Hybrid in for service back in April and wanted to find out if I could trade it for a Rav4 Hybrid. With none available on the lot I put a deposit down on one being built. The process was smooth and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had.

Good experience
I was there to pick up my new vehicle that I had already reserved. I did have to wait 20+ minutes before I was able to meet with my sales associate, despite having an appt but I understand things come up that are beyond their control, so not a big deal. I then had to wait again for my car to be prepped, ie gas filled, cleaned etc. I felt like I did a lot of waiting for various reasons, even though I didn’t need their financing.

I ended up being there for about 2 hours from the time I arrived , which seems kind of long for not having done a test drive or not needing financing but all in all, everyone was very friendly and professional and getting the car that I have was well worth the wait.

very fair and efficient
We walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon to buy a Tacoma, prepared for disappointment due to the lack of inventory everywhere right now. Sure enough, no new ones, but we did get shown a very slightly used 2020 model that was immaculate. We were sold, but had to return with our trade the next day. I would like to say that the truck price was fair, but not really discounted much. However, the value offered for our 2013 trade-in really made it a good deal. Net price after trade-in was well below what we thought we'd be spending. Also, we were done in an hour or so, and very relieved that we didn't lose 1/2 a day just to buy a car. Thanks Dom!

Wonderful service
We had an excellent experience here buying our new Toyota. I preordered it and our sales person kept us updated all along the way. Got a solid offer for my trade in and paperwork was ready when we got there. The finance person gave us some helpful tips on our trade in and we were out of there in no time. The best part was when we drove up my new car was right out front waiting for me. Best car buying experience ever!
