Our 2013 Santa Fe needed a new engine and the service advisor that we were working with did an excellent job communicating the issue with Hyundai to get the replacement done. Very courteous and professional.

Knowledgeable and Helpful Service Advisors
I had my vehicle in recently for some scheduled maintenance that needed to be done. It was completed fairly quickly in the time I had been told it would take. The service advisor (Tyler) was really great in working with me so I could use a competitor's discount coupon that I had brought in with me. I really appreciated him doing that.

I was pleasantly surprised that Hyundai offered to pick up my car and bring me a rental to use until my car was finished.
It didn't take very long but I had errands to do and had to use the car.
I have already recommended my Hyundai to other people for service as well as sales.

Very friendly and fast!
Had a fluid change out and they fixed a recall. Offered me a service car but gave them a time to be ready by and they were 30 minutes ahead of that.

friendly people
I am satisfied with almost everything, except an issue brought to my attention about my front tires. The service man said they are in need or replacement already. These tire havve less than 18,000 miles on them. I felt like this should be covered under some kind of warranty, but was told not so. These tires must of been of inferiorr quality from the factory or they are just cheap tires. On my other vehicles i always use Plaza Tire, I had an the same issue with some tires I bought there and they replaced them for me, they could not believe they went bad so fast. We put very little miles on our auto's and take very good care of them. I might have to rely on Plaza. Thank you. Steven Williams. (e-mail:williamssteve3249@sbcglobal.net)

I have oil changed every 3000+ miles. No one else has ever changed the oil. I do get brakes, front alignments, tires & some other maintenance elsewhere for pricing. I am passed my warranty miles for problems.

Everything was Great
I had the service dept. take care of an issue with a steering wheel rattle that is common for the car I have. They said it could be up to two and a half hours for the appt. They were done in less than an hour and took care of a handful of minor recalls the car had while it was there. It was perfect and well handled and exceeded my expectations. Thank you.
