The experience overall was good, my experience mis more in regards to presenting documentation more specific to the add ons… I strongly believe that sneaking additional services to the total of your cost is not ideal, we need a more transparent process

Accurate and honest information about the vehicle we purchased
We saw the vehicle we purchased on the website over the weekend. When we called Monday morning and spoke with the sales manager Jim Tessner, he was able to confirm that the Palisade was still available. Within a short time, the sales person called us back with the final details on what we would get for our trade in as well as the final bottom line price. We were able to pick up our vehicle later that afternoon and all went as discussed on the phone. Our salesperson (Darlene) went over all of the features of the vehicle so we felt very comfortable driving the new vehicle home. All in all, a very pleasant buying experience.
