Deanna was great
Was easy to work with and knew what we wanted. She knew that we didn't want to spend a lot of time doing it. Take the close and send us home!

Short n sweet
Found a vehicle at McCord’s that we were looking for. Scheduled an appointment to see it and took a test drive. Liked it and bought it. Very friendly people. Family owned business that has been established for years. Good selection of new and used vehicles. I would buy another rig from them if needed in the future, and would recommend them to family and friends if they’re in the market for another vehicle as well

Made buying my first car a great experience
The finance department here is amazing. Didn’t make me feel I was being tricked into paying more than I wanted. Very upfront and honest. I truly appreciated it.

Purchased my dream car within my budget. No hassles.
Went to buy an internet advertised used non-Toyota sedan from Vancouver Toyota. Found that it did not quite meet my needs. Sales person DeAnna worked hard to find another vehicle that did meet my needs. Finally she presented a used Toyota Avalon, a luxury car that I have wanted for years except for cost. This one met my needs at comparable mileage and same price but in addition was CERTIFIED and came with Toyota Care and all the Toyota perks like maintenance and warranties. My wife and I are thrilled. Thanks DeAnna and Vancouver Toyota.
