First new car
This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle. While I had done the research on the Kona prior to my arrival I was still nervous about buying and the whole experience. I was switching from a 2000 Buick to a 2022 Kona. As dalton said it is like a spaceship in comparison. He spent time showing me the features, benefits of a new vehicle, and ensured I knew what I was buying. The sales team was awesome. The finance team was thorough. The whole experience was amazing. I am loyal to cars I like. Looks like I know who I’ll be going to when I need a new vehicle after this one. Which with what I’ve seen in your vehicles will be years from now as they stand the test of time.

Pleasant experience. Not pushy.
Overall experience exceeded my expectation. Ease of communication with salesperson facilitated the process. Salesperson seemed genuine. Everyone was very personable. Great experience and negotiations went smoothly. Good value and great features. The paperwork did seem to take longer than I anticipated, especially given there were not many other customers early on a Saturday morning and no financing was involved. Explanation of features and personalization was phenomenal. I would recommend Hyundai and Reliable dealership.

I hope to receive communication on when service is due.

Easy peasy deal worked out
Deal was already very competitive. Finance was easy, only suggestion is to update the finance computers fromm dot matrix to laser.

Our second Tucson
We bought a Tucson new in 2007. We enjoyed it and had no problems other than normally expected on a 13 year old car. Very little expense. So we decided we wanted a newer model with the newer gadgets!! Our buying experience was great. We now have a 2021 Tucson. We worked with Wes Cameron. He was very nice to deal with. Recommend him.
