The problem I am having is after I picked up the car. David said the service department had tuned the carb and fixed the wiper washers. Not so. I had to tune the carb myself which luckly I have experience with. The washer still need to be fixed.
I talked to the service manager a few days ago and he said he will call me back with a appointment to bring the car back.
So far nothing.
Customer service zero.

I purchased an Austin Healey from the PP consignment inventory. David Khazai was very helpful in all aspects of this purchase, from start to finish, and the entire process was quick, easy, and enjoyable. He was able to answer all of my numerous questions, and I believe he helped negotiate the best price possible with the car's owner. David also was possibly the most low-pressure salesman I have ever encountered, which I very much appreciated. I would be happy to do business again with David and Park Place.

Service inspection lacking

Purchased a super low mileage 2006 Jaguar XK8. David had mentioned that the service department inspected the car and the only they recommended was an oil change, and brake fluid flush. I told him I would do it myself as part of the deal. I get home to service the car and I open the air cleaner box to check on the air filter, and I find about twenty 1/2” diameter rocks, fuzzy material and turds. Looks like an old pack rat nest. Other than that issue, the car is pristine. The staff was great to work with. Makes me wonder whether the service department even inspected the car.
