Nice staff
We’ve had the used car 2 years now. So far the brand hasn’t impressed me as much as I hoped. There’s been several small issues that make me feel Hyundai may indeed be a “cheap” car. We’ve been in several times for small fixes and things that have been thankfully covered under warranty for the most part. However, service has stood by the brand and the staff is always very nice and helpful. The wait times can be long and even when they aren’t they are usually longer than the estimated time we get quoted. I keep going back because the staff is so nice though.

I think Temecula Hyundai has an excellent Service Department. But, I am not happy that I have had to replace now, both driver set and passenger seat forward and backward switches.

Quality Service at a Fair Price - Ask Questions
Although the service provided was Quality Service at a Fair Price; there was something that can be approved upon. For instance, when my wife called to schedule an oil change; it was recommended to her that since our leased vehicle mileage was over 15k that they recommended a 15k maintenance check with an out the door cost of $289.00. Although she initially agreed, I called to get an explanation of what service was to be performed. I was transferred to a Mr. Carlos, who explained that this service included a complete vehicle inspection, oil change, replacement of the engine and cabin air filters and tire rotation and balancing. I mentioned to Carlos that since (per coupons your website) a complete vehicle inspection was a free service already offered, that we recently had the engine air filter replaced by your service department and that we get regular oil changes and tire rotations - besides the cabin air filter, what else was to be done that would justify a $289.00 versus the out the door price of $105.00 for an oil change (with coupon) and tire rotation and tire balancing (with coupon)... a savings of $184.00 (excludes cabin air filter). Mr. Carlos agreed that the initial recommended service could have and should have initially been explained more in detail and if alternative options were available that makes more sense they should have been offered. Carlos was apologetic. Although I do not feel that there was any intentional malice, this is a concern that bothers me. Thanks, Jim

Always friendly and helpful
Never have any problems going to the Temecula Hyundai there waiting room is always clean and Never pushy to my needs. I’m and out fast. If I have a problem they are always quick to get in. I also want to note Carlos being very helpful my mom is older and when ever she has issues with her car he is very kind to her.
