Friendly and efficient
Amazing customer service! We bought our palisade from the Carlsbad Hyundai and have always taken it there for service and I was always less than impressed. This was my first time coming to the Temecula location and everyone was beyond helpful and kind. It was incredibly busy but they remained organized and friendly and had my car finished faster than even expected. I’ll be returning to this location from now on.

Just missing the final touch to a great service experience.
This dealer is great but does lack in the delivery of the car when service is complete. My auto wasn’t cleaned after the service. Oily hand prints on the door handles and overall dirty from sitting in the shop. Improvement is needed in this area.

Continued excellent customer service and straightforwardness of vehicle repairs for my 2017 Tucson.
Since that day in February 2017 that my wife and I first walked into the dealership searching for a new SUV for her, we immediately were impressed by the salesperson (Dave Wiltman) who calmly assisted us by demonstrating numerous "unique SUV models" and providing detailed amenities information. We selected a new fully loaded 2017 Tucson Limited with the Sport Package in the Sedona Sunset color with Beige Leather interior that we have to this day. Our garage kept Tucson still looks new and exhibits 65,352 well-maintained miles. We recently received a Temecula Hyundai offer to purchase our vehicle to add to their used car section that was considered, but we decided to hold on to her a little longer.

MGR. ....are truly outstanding representatives of what auto dealership employees shoud be...personable, competent, trustworthy, respectable, and fun to interract with !!!!!...im driving my 4th Hyundai Sonata since 2013....the first 2013 was leased at Gosch Hyundai in Hemet, Ca. near where i live in San Jacinto, Ca....in fact, i worked there in sales at the time.the next three...2016, 2019, and my new 2021 Sonatas were all leased from Temecula Hyundai since i retired from the car business in 2014 after 24 years in auto sales. I KNOW WHAT A GREAT AUTO DEALERSHIP IS because of my experience in the business. Based on my experience, the only dealership that comes close to Temecula Hyundai is Selman Chevrolet in Orange, Ca....where i worked for seven years, before moving to Las Vegas, Nv. to sell, and eventually moved to service, for Fletcher Jones Superstore on Decater Ave, selling Chevrolet, Mitsubishi, and Hyundai. I love my 2021 glowing yellow Sonata SEL PLUS !!!!!, and every other Sonata ive leased in the past !!!!! HYUNDAI IS GREAT VALUE FOR ONES' MONEY !!!!!!!!!

I purchase my first Hyundai in 2011 ...primarily because of their (at that time) updated stylings (although I knew about their 10 year warranty, etc). 10 years later, and a few thousand miles over warranty, my car (for reasons unrelated to my care and service of the car) needed a new motor. Hyundai (and the Temecula shop) came through, replacing the motor (and providing a rental car) at no expense.

The service department was great. My EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT is that I bought my brand new 2021 Tucson 3 months before it was recalled for a faulty ABS. Hyundai recalled 2016 to 2021 Tucsons for this and I have it hard to believe they did not know about this recall when I bought the Tucson.
