Exceptional service as always
Going on my first year of ownership of my new Hyundai. After a handful of regular scheduled maintenance visits I have been nothing short of impressed. From the ease of scheduling to the professionalism of my preferred service advisor Corey Spotts. Even if this wasn’t the closest Hyundai dealership to me I’d definitely go out of my way to get my service done at Kelly Hyundai.

a service visit
The service guys are why I come back. They have been excellent consistently. Sales department is so bad I am not likely to buy a Hyundai again.
I have had three so far, and they never responded to my e-mails so I went somewhere else to buy. Their recent offer to trade in my Kona for something better was almost insulting. Don't bother responding to their frequent offer e-mails or ads. If you have a Hyundai, then Kelly is the place to go to service it.

Excellent service
Service personnel are professional and courteous. My service was prompt and without any attempt to "up sell" me on anything that I did not really need. Dealership is very well kept and clean.

Fabulous Service!
The friendly service at Kelly Hyundai is OUTSTANDING!! They are always, polite, courteous, and give you updates as to how long the service will take. If they make recommendations for your car, they explain it in an easy to comprehend manner. The total bill is very near to the original estimate. I know my car is in great shape when I leave Kelly Hyundai after I’ve had my car serviced.

Great Dealership
Very friendly people and extremely helpful. Only ding against them is a lack of loaner cars leaving you at the mercy of Enterprise rental car. Yes they pay for the rental but Enterprise give you the hard sell to "upgrade" your insurance ($50/day!). If you are waiting on service this dealership would have 5 stars.

When it was Freedom the service department did the work timely. I waited One and half hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation since the dealership changed to Kelly. That is unacceptable. Corey and Steve have always been great with my vehicle and the reason we bought 3 cars from Freedom. I would like the Kelly dealership to explain what changed. I have always wrote exceptional reviews and I feel disappointed.
