Honest, down to earth business

I stopped by B&C today because my brakes were squeaking so I assumed they were old and needed replacement. They could’ve used my ignorance and up-charged me for a full replacement, but instead they gave me a call and explained why they were squeaking and reccomended that I didn’t replace. Sadly, mechanics that’re transparent and honest like that are hard to find nowadays. I’ve been here almost a handful of times in the past year and I have nothing but great things to say about B&C. If I need something done, I will only go to Mr. Ray or Mr. Cory. Unmatched customer service.

Two Thumbs Up

Great customer service with Ray and Cory. I was referred to this shop by another shop when I needed my power steering repaired on my GMC Diesel.
B&C had the parts on hand and provided a quick turnaround for getting my truck done.
I recently bought a 5th and asked about upgrading my transmission cooler. No problem, they did it while it was there for the power steering repair.
I will be back for service when needed and will confidently refer B&C to others.

B & C Auto is a 5 star auto shop. They get the best parts for your car, and the time frame they tell you, is almost exact.
If there is a delay in getting your part, they will let you know. They don’t leave you hanging. If you call or text with a question, your text is answered asap.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Duramax service

Always good service, and confident the job gets done correctly.

The problem is diagnosed, and fixed within the time frame stated. Good pricing, and never worry about having to go back a second time for the same problem. Friendly, honest, and would recommend for any type vehicle.

Great service and explination clearly of the work done on my car.

Clear explanation of work done, and very fair pricing. Everything done as stated on invoice. One other thing, is, they let you know what needs attention, without pressure. Expected time completed, has always been right on time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. My car is an older Honda, but they always suggest things to keep it running well.

Super stoked and truck looks amazing.

Cory was awesome from start to finish! He helped me pick out the perfect Method 305 wheels to go with my BFGoodrich KO3 tires, and my Ram 1500 drives like a dream with the Carli Commuter leveling kit. It’s exactly what I was looking for. The shop has a great vibe, and I love that it’s family-owned. You can tell they really know their stuff. Huge thanks to the team! I’ll definitely be coming back

Excellent experience

I’ve only had my vehicles worked on by Cory. It’s a family owned business so you can trust them. When you call you actually get to speak to the owners which is awesome. Had problems with my 08 Mazda that no one could fix, had it towed in and Cory diagnosed the problem and had it repaired ahead of schedule!! The price, even better! Thank you to everyone at B&C

B and C is on point. I was going somewhere else to address the issues with my regen. It was back and forth spitballing with several visits. Ray and Cory handled it first shot. I’m never going anywhere else. Very knowledgeable and friendly atmosphere. I’ll give my money to these folks any day! Just going there and talking to them is worth the trip.
