Tire balance
I had 4 new tires put in and had vibration on the highway. Had to pay another shop to rebalance the tires and fix the issue.

Tune up and oil change
After being ripped off many times I switched mechanics! They are reasonable and honest. Kudos to Jonathan for his great customer service

Steve was the person who helped me on the issues I reported, he took time to listen, understand my concerns. He was very curtious and worked towards resolving the issue.
He also gave me confidence by asking to visit back in couple of weeks to check and if there is any issues.

They broke my engine. I have receipts proving that.
They didn’t recommend I get a head gasket until after they has already broke my engine. I already emailed the invoices to corporate. Im in contact with corporate so don’t believe this management team. Just look at his unprofessional response. 9-8-22 the car was brought in for a coolant diagnostic. 9-10-22 the car was brought in for an engine diagnostic. Both times I repaired what they told me to. They sent me off and on 9-13-22 told me I need a head gasket.

I can’t even put a date of service because I went three times lmao . $2,000 later, they broke my engine
