2 hrs 15min after a 12pm APPOINTMENT for an OIL CHANGE I ended up leaving as now they were waiting for an oil filter from Advance Auto Parts in Pawtucket. Took my car out of there without the oil filter. What a colossal cluster F. Wow the strangest car maintenance experiences I’ve ever had. Congratulations Midas!!
