Actually listened and addressed my concerns.
There are 3 dealers in the Jax area. Orange Park failed to properly install a software update that required having my new car towed twice. Key Hyundai ignored my insistance that there was a suspension or steering issue that caused my tires to wear excessively at 26000 miles. The Tire Kingdom mechanic told me what was wrong and St. Augustine Hyundai fixed it for me. They ordered the part i needed after I described the problem over the phone. The part was in the morning after I dropped off my car and ready the same day.

Following instructions
The reason I only gave three stars is due to the inability to follow instructions. The quality of work and professionalism of the service adviser is great. I just asked for the windows to be not rolled down due to the windows being tinted the day before. The first thing the maintenance personnel did was roll the windows down. All other visits have been great work, very professional and time efficient. It just so happens that this time, that wasn't the case.

Service Dept Worst Ever Experienced
Last 5 (FIVE) service/repair visits to this dealership the problem was not fixed correctly the 1st time and/or exacerbated by what they did. I will never return there.

Oil Change Completed At Appointment Time
Immediately upon arrival at my appointment time, the service staff quickly conducted a walk-around inspection and moved my car to the maintenance area for the oil change and routine inspection. Shortly, my car was returned to me washed and ready to go.

We traveled further than a more local Hyundai dealer to purchase our Tucson at Hyundai of St. Augustine. The reason was value. We have had our 1st 2 service appointments and were very satisfied. I felt that the service rep went over and above on our most recent visit.
