Coastal Hyundai - Exceptional Experience
I purchased a 2021 Sante Fe from them recently. Brian, our salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable about each vehicle and was very helpful, patient and low pressure throughout the entire process. (I was going from a base model older SUV to a new one with a large number of great features, many of which I did not know how to operate. Brian made sure that I understood how to use the new features before I left the dealership and even set the app up on my phone.) My son was unable to go with me so we put him on speakerphone, and he helped with the details of the deal. No problems there. That worked out perfectly. The paperwork was easy and well explained to me. The dealership was very clean and comfortable. All of the employees with which I had contact were very nice and helpful. I have received 2 calls from them asking if I had any questions about the vehicle and encouraging me to call them if I did. And I love my new Santa Fe and definitely recommend Coastal Hyundai!

Brian contacted me right away by text as I was making sure I would qualify to get a new vehicle. He kept in touch and the day I said I would be in he checked in to make sure via text ! Very nice to deal with no pressure involved!
