Nothing at all
The guy who fixed my car or atleast took the keys lied and said that there was a nail in my tire and the price for a new one was 180 and the one I had could not be plugged and once I told him to leave it there I'll go get it checked somewhere else he got mad! Once leaving there I went to a tire place in Bessemer and the guy checked for so called nail that wasn't there and he also checked the pressure in all 4 tires and told me that the one with the so called nail in it have a pressure at 60 and it was suppose to be 45! I was discussed and hurt at the fact that a Hyundai person that should know not to put that much air in it! If I would have busted that tire I would have been livid! I'm still upset because I feel like it was done on purpose and because of that I bet they didn't even change my dang oil! I will never be back again to this dealership again! And I will be sure to let others know how you guys operate!

It is unfortunate, but we often see tires with punctures of some type. If you have a low tire light on , then there is a good chance you have a tire with a leak. Technicians often over inflate tires so it is easier to find a leak in the tire. Once it is over inflated they then place the tire under water and look for air bubles which would indicate a leak. It is a very transparent and straightforward process and often times we include the customer. We simply give you the facts about our findings and if the customer would like it fixed and or see it , then we do it. Feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance with your vehicle.

Great Service!
I took my CPO Genesis 4.6 in for the first time to get an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was very friendly. The service was quick and the waiting area was nice with fresh coffee!

Great customer service
Larry Johnson is awesome as a salesperson and proved why Hyundai is exceptional in service and performance, the service team is always professional and explains everything they need to do beforehand. Estimates are given prior to work and work is completed on a timely basis.

Treated Differently when my husband goes with me
I have had good experiences and overall good service but I find it odd that when I go alone to have my car serviced, they try to tell me I need extra work done to my car and when I take my husband with me, they miraculously don't mention anything being needed other than the basic oil change and tire R&B and my car was bought new and is only year and a half old. Makes me feel like they are trying to rip me off as a lady. So I always take my husband with me now to avoid any scheme.

Great Service Experience
Called at the last minute late in the day to see if I could get an oil/filter change. Spoke to Tom on the phone. He told me to bring it on in. Arrived at the dealership and had one of my better experiences at a car shop. Excellent. Totally satisfied.
