Excelwent service

There were quite a few things that needed to be done for my regular maintenance and I was offered a free loaner car so I wouldn't have to sit in the waiting area for 5 hours.

I'll keep coming back...

This is my second Hyundai and St. Charles Hyundai is the only place I've had them serviced. Every single person I've encountered has been professional and friendly, the work is done at a reasonable rate in a timely manner, I NEVER feel cheated or as though they're trying to do more work than necessary. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and I get my car back clean every time. I recommend St. Charles Hyundai every chance I get!

I've purchased many vehicles in my life. This one, which was previously owned , only came with one key. I was disappointed that it cost me money to duplicate a key set when I feel it should have been provided with the purchase.

They've done better

This is one of the visits where I haven't been completely satisfied. I felt they were overpriced and didn't top off my washer fluid like they normally do.

The most professional and friendly staff to do business with. They always make you feel comfortable and are good at explaining the work they will be doing without getting overly technical. misdiagnosis, no communication, nine weeks for simple task

This dealership took 9 weeks for a simple job and had NO communication...every single time I had to call them. it took three weeks of calls for them just to get my correct call back number in the computer. That level of service for an automobile dealership who would hope to sell the same person numerous vehicles over their lifetime means this place may not be around for long.
