Great Appointment, but my car is dirty!
In for an LOF & Tire Rotate, they waived the tire rotate fee because it went a little over on the promised time (which always makes me on edge like they’re trying to hide something) then they never washed my car. I was shocked.

Stopped shrill car sound.
We took my Elantra in because it was making a shrill sound every morning after starting it. Once we were able to keep the car there at dealerships for several days for them to hear the sound, they were able to identify the sound and fix it. The car needed oil at a specific place and now makes no shrill sound. Thank you so much for your help! No shrill sound anymore!

Excellent service
I came in to have the emissions testing done for getting the license renewed, it was done very quickly, no appointment necessary, just come in when convenient and it was done within a half hour. Service manager was pleasant and helpful.

Excellent Service
I had a problem with the malfunction light coming on and my car not coming out of park. Brad ran a diagnostic test on it and found the problem right away. He also was able to change the sensor that night even though you were closing in less than an hour. Very happy with service.

I agreed to have both my air and cabin filter changed. Letting the customer know the cost when asking if they'd like it changed would be nice.

Great Service
Took my 2016 Accent in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service technicians informed me that I really didn't need the tire rotation as my tires were wearing well and told me the tread depths. Really appreciate the honesty in what I needed. They took care of my service quickly and thoroughly. They also made me a "deal" on some other routine maintenance that I had planned to do myself! The only "complaint" I had, if you would call it that, is that oil changes have gotten quite pricey with newer cars. If I had known I didn't need the tire rotation yet, I would have looked for a deal for the oil change to save a little $$.
