The service guys and the lady that takes the money are always so nice.
I love taking my car in and getting it done by someone who is used to working on that kind of car. I trust the service department completely!

Everyone is courteous and the facility is clean.
While my Hyundai Elantra was being serviced I bought a new Hyundai Ioniq off of the showroom floor. Everything went very smooth.

Great place to servicing Hyundai's vehicles
My two Hyundai cars has been serviced with great and on-time services for oil change as well as rotors surfacing tasks, after it has been done my cars runs as new again.

Who dropped the ball
Vehicle brought in for Emission Test, which was preformed as requested in a timely manner. Received an email alert from the NTSB, the next day, informing me that there was an open safety recall on my vehicle since Dec. 2016. I was not informed of this recall by the Dealer or Hyundai. I arranged for appointment thru Hyundai Customer Care number to get this recall fixed on 6/14.

Another great visit to the Saint Charles Hyundai Service Department
This service department has always been wonderful. I had a 2003 Santa Fe that they serviced when needed. I recently bought a 2016 Tucson. These guys are always respectful, concerned about your time there and explain thoroughly what they have done. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because I didn't get a call when my parts were in. I had to call them. That is a first. Overall just a great team to work with.
