Knowing that my vehicles are getting the service and/or the repair needed.
My Elantra was having some misfiring issues, cylinders problems over a period of 2-3 weeks, finally my service advisor AJ , took matters on his on hands, took ownership of this situation and assured me they’ll get to the bottom of the problem.
They did, finally I have my car back 100%.
Good job all.

Personnel is always so knowledgeable .
I always feel comfortable in the fact that Hyundai will always take care of the problem in a courteous and timely manner. Especially AJ in the service deptmartment who answered all of my questions and did everything to accommodate me.

I’m good hands no matter Sales or Service!
This location has a fabulous stash! I’ve purchased many cars here for my large family since 2012. In 2018 my daughter slipped and rolled her Santa Fe six times in an accident. She came out with one scratch on her shoulder. I will forever be loyal to this brand, For their safety features alone! I also enjoy, that my time is valuable and respected when I bring my car in for service. No need to go anywhere else.

Everyone there are extremely nice and friendly. That means a lot to me.
Hyundai of Wesley Chapel is easily accessible and check in is fast and easy. Every one is knowledgeable about the service being done on my car. The waiting area is very clean and pleasant.

The Service writer { A.J.) did his best as to explain the problem we were having with our vehicle. Service Tech went thru the operation of the memory system with me also explaining that the computer did not show any problems. Service Tech assured me that any continuation of the problem would be addressed with the service department as it seemed the be a drivability situation. They made the situation acceptable to me.

Window regulator replacement
My 2016 Tucson required replacements of the window motors for driver and passenger windows on March 18, 2021. The charges were under warranty. On April 24th, the driver’s window would not close and required a replacement of the window regulator. The car was 3 days out of warranty, however, the service team waived the price, thus saving me over $400. Good customer satisfaction.
