Awesome experience!!
Thank you to Alfredo in sales for being awesome! my 3rd car there with him.. He's very knowledgeable about the cars. straight up honest guy, and really friendly!!! A true asset to the company! just bought a brand new 2021 Elantra!

Check your car at delivery
Most of the process was generaly fine and typical of a car dealership. Staff was friendly during purchase process. They add all the dealership service fees to try to get 4-5k more on each vehicle which many other dealers do as well, but were quick to remove it when asked.

Main concern is when they detailed the vehicle, the removed floor mats and cargo holders from it, then promised to provide them back when noticed upon delivery which was fine. However they then ignored phone calls and promised during in-person visits to provide/contact and never did. Basically 0 follow through and are done with you immediately after you leave the lot.
