Pretty good
Making the deal and getting the paperwork filled out was pretty easy, but the wait time is crazy. They are super understaffed which makes wait times very long on the weekends. I arrived at 10am and left at 2:45pm. If they moved a little more quickly (mostly the guys in the back running numbers and the finance team, not the sales associates - they run around helping 5 customers at a time) they would get all 5 stars.
