Usually I would be happy but now I’m just annoyed. My turbo has always rattled on driver side and ford won’t replace it. Pretty bad when all your buddies laugh when u start your 60k plus pickup!!

So I took pickup in for rattle noise several times to be told it’s cam phasers or what not. Then they say turbo also is making noise but ford won’t authorize it. Guess the extra warranty is useless for actually repairing a failing part they want it to leave u stranded on the freeway first. I didn’t spend this kind of investment to be sidelined!!

I had lost one of the key less device. So I ordered one and waited until I could get an appointment. I was prepared to pay out of pocket, but my service attendant said, after checking my insurance covered it completely!

Professional

I am always impressed by the professionalism and competence level that I experience with every encounter with every team member at Mike Whites service center. This is not the closest Ford dealership near me but the quality of service makes it worth the additional drive.

They didn't do anything

They had my car for 3 1/2 hrs to tell me my microphone didn't work cause I didn't have one. And also I wanted a upgrade on my navigation system and on the workers paper it said 89.00 well he said an upgrade won't help with your microphone problem (before he even looked at the car) and crossed it off the paper. So when I go to pick up my car I'm charged 99.00 for the diagnostic (I'm fine with) but no upgrade on the navigation system and tells me on a peice of paper where to go to get the cds to upgrade myself and they want 149.00. So I scheduled this appointment over a month ago to get absolutely nothing done waste 3 1/2 hrs with no car and paid 99.00. And then the staff is rude I was in the middle of talking to one and he had to go talk to another worker says he will be back and never saw him again. And the kid who dropped off my car when I said have a good day doesnt say one word or even look at me. Very rude guy that helped me by assuming I didn't want the upgrade when that's what I called for and fix the microphone (which couldn't be without factory mirror). Would never go back

Did what they said they were going to do!

I went in with a proposed service recall and they verified and fixed it without trying to sell me anything else. I added on an oil change and it was a great price!

Loyal customer, but no return loyalty from this dealership.

Purchased six new vehicles in last ten years, one new vehicle is on order and in transit, appointment set with sales to order another two new vehicles in coming weeks. Performed all service, without exception, for the last eleven years. Purchased many accessories over the years. All this….hundreds of thousands in sales….and had to wait 7 weeks for a simple service appointment. Rethinking my future buying, place of service, business purchases, and recommendations to friends.

2 months to get an appointment

There is an almost 2 month wait to get an oil change. The gentleman who I spoke with was as accommodating as possible, but the inability to schedule an appointment is frustrating, I have a basic service contract and am unable to use it since my mileage would be way past the limit if I wait for Mike White service to get me in.
